The Chester Business Club was set up in 1987 to give leading business representatives in the City of Chester area - from the Professions, Retailing, Manufacturing, Local Authorities, Educational Establishments, Tourism, the Service Industries - the opportunity to join a 'big tent' organisation to which they want to belong rather than one to which they feel they have to belong.

CBC stages a series of events for Members and their Guests:
* Speaker Dinners (from September-May);
* Visits and Social Weekends;
* An annual Sponsored Charity Walk in
support of charities local to the Chester
area;
* Informal/Formal social/networking events
at venues of interest;
* An annual Charity Ball - one of the highlights
in Chester's social calendar;
The Club also sponsors Business and Youth Ambassador scholarships |
